Refund and Return

No Returns or Refunds (Unless Defective)

Due to our donation-based business model, all sales are final unless the item is defective upon arrival. We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

Reporting a Defective Item

  • If you receive a defective item, you must report the issue within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos and a description of the defect via our Contact Us Page.
  • We will assess the claim and determine eligibility for a replacement or refund.

Return Process for Defective Items

  • If your claim is approved, we will provide return instructions.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Once the defective item is received and verified, we will issue a replacement or refund.

Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Situations

    We do not issue refunds or accept returns for:

  • Non-defective items.
  • Items reported as defective after 7 days of delivery.
  • Orders where the incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer.
  • Packages marked as delivered but not received.
  • Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality.
