Shipping Coverage & Timeframes

Tracking & Delivery Issues

  • If your order is delayed beyond 10 business days, contact us for assistance.
  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, we are not responsible and suggest checking with your local carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages
